Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Qaverio, operated by Qaverio. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Qaverio is an AI marketing platform that plans, creates, reviews, and schedules content based on your instructions. Features may evolve over time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, credentials, and all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3. Free trial & billing

  • New accounts get a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial.
  • You will not be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, your plan begins automatically on day 15.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
  • Cancel anytime from billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Your content & ownership

You retain ownership of the brand material you provide and the content generated for you. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all material you upload.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate or publish illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
  • Violate any platform's terms when publishing through integrations.
  • Reverse-engineer, resell, or abuse the Service or its rate limits.

6. AI output disclaimer

AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published. The QA layer reduces but does not eliminate risk. Qaverio is not liable for content you choose to publish.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qaverio's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination, data is handled per the Privacy Policy.
