1. Who we are

Qaverio is an AI marketing platform for agencies and brands. For any privacy question, contact support@qaverio.com.

2. Data we collect

• Account data — name, email, password hash, organization details.
• Billing data — handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we never store full card numbers.
• Brand & content data — material you provide or connect (website URLs, brand assets, captions, generated content).
• Usage data — log data, device/browser info, feature usage, performance metrics.
• Cookies — strictly necessary and analytics cookies (see Section 7).

3. How we use it

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• To generate, review, and publish content on your instruction.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To communicate service updates, security notices, and support.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud or abuse.

4. AI processing

Content generation uses third-party AI model providers. Data sent for generation is processed solely to fulfil your request. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your brand content to train third-party foundation models beyond what is required to deliver your requested output.

5. Sharing

We share data only with sub-processors necessary to run the Service (hosting, database, payment, AI model, email delivery, analytics), each bound by data processing agreements. We disclose data when legally required.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR / CCPA) you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. Submit requests to support@qaverio.com; we respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management, and privacy-respecting analytics to understand product usage. You can control non-essential cookies via your browser settings.

8. Retention

We keep account and content data for as long as your account is active. After cancellation, data remains accessible for 30 days, then is deleted or anonymized unless retention is legally required.

9. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission is 100% secure; we continuously work to protect your data.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision.
